I'm trying to watch the videos but I don't have real player or windows player installed, what can I do?

You will need to download and install Real Player (or Real One Player) or Windows Media Player. Don't worry...they are both FREE. In additon consider downloading an open source cross-platform multimedia player VLC that plays most multimedia files.
